The EITS Help Desk is the central point of contact for EITS computing services available to UGA faculty, staff, students, and affiliates.

  • The EITS Helpdesk is aware of a recent phishing scam message purporting to come from "EITS Helpdesk <helpdesk@uga.edu>". This email is a hoax and was not sent by the EITS Help Desk. Fraudulent Emails / Phishing Scams Alert - Never email a password or other sensitive information to messages that ask for such information. These messages are usually a hoax. If you think you have sent sensitive information to a phishing scam, change your MyID password immediately at the MyID home page. For more details about phishing, see:
