What is SRS (formerly MSD)?
Software Resources and Services (OIIT), formerly Managed Software Distribution (MSD), handles the duplication, distribution, and licensing of software in a cost effective manner to support the academic and research functions of all institutions within the University System of Georgia.

Who Can Purchase Software From SRS?
SRS accepts orders ONLY from the University System of Georgia Departments and Georgia Regional Public Library Systems.
Private individuals are not eligible to purchase software or licenses through MSD. Private individuals interested in software can visit eMSD at:
