What is F-Secure?
F-Secure is an antivirus program developed by the F-Secure Corporation. Enterprise Information Technology Services (EITS) provides F-Secure software to all UGA faculty, staff, and students who have a MyID. F-Secure includes built-in virus and spyware protection, as well as firewall, email, and system scan features. F-Secure is compatible with Windows and Linux.

- F-Secure for personal (non-departmental) computers may be downloaded from the following site:
http://infosec.uga.edu/uds/download.php
Note: You will need to enter your MyID and password in order to download F-Secure. If you are a staff member who wants F-Secure installed on a departmental computer, the Information Security group provides custom F-Secure builds upon request. Contact your internal IT support to determine if a custom build is available for your department; they may email dorin@uga.edu for additional information.
