EITS Help Desk Mission Statement

The EITS Help Desk strives to provide professional first-tier technical support to the UGA community. Our goal is to empower clients by making IT knowledge accessible. This is accomplished by providing a focused knowledge base and an efficient call center that acts as a single point of contact for UGA IT services.

Hours of Operation

Telephone Assistance (706-542-3106):

  • 8:00am - 10:00pm (Monday - Thursday)
  • 8:00am - 6:00pm (Friday)
  • 1:00pm - 7:00pm (Saturday - Sunday)

Walk in Assistance for EITS Services:

  • 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)


Who We Are

Help Desk staff consists mainly of part-time student workers and a few of full-time employees. Any of the employees on our team will gladly assist you with technical issues.
