Calendar Archiving
On August 25th all Oracle Calendar users received the following message:
UGA Calendar Service entries older than January 1, 2008, to be deleted

All users of the UGA Calendar Service (also called the Oracle calendar) are advised that EITS will be
removing entries older that January 1, 2008. The delete process will begin on Friday, September 11, 2009.
Any UGA Calendar Service user who wishes to archive entries scheduled for deletion should contact the EITS Help Desk:
706-542-3106 / helpdesk@uga.edu. Please be sure to contact the EITS Help Desk as soon as possible to provide sufficient
time for entry archival.
The steps to follow to archive your Calendar accounts are located in this pdf:

Important: Do NOT re-import these items into Oracle Calendar or they will be deleted during the purge.
