What is Oracle Calendar?
Oracle Calendar is a calendar application provided to UGA Faculty and Staff. It provides group and resource scheduling as well as other collaboration features.
Who can use Oracle Calendar?
Oracle Calendar accounts are intended for use by UGA Faculty and Staff only. The creation form is available here. Certain exceptions do apply: if you are not a Faculty and Staff member and are interested in obtaining an Oracle Calendar account, use the manual calendar request form. Note: Exception accounts are approved on a case-by-case basis.
Accessing Calendar
To log on and use Oracle Calendar via the web, go to:
http://www.eits.uga.edu/calendar
Enter your username and password in the right-hand box. Note: Username is usually your FIRSTNAME and LASTNAME separated by a space, and the password is not necessarily your MyID password.
The Oracle Desktop Client software can also be used to access your calendar. It can be downloaded from:
http://www.eits.uga.edu/calendar/index.php?c=download
Note: You will need to enter your MyID and password in order to download Oracle Calendar Software.
