Primary Mission
The primary role of the EITS Help Desk website is to provide quickly and easily accessible information for faculty, staff, and students for EITS' core services. Acting as both a supplement to existing managed public EITS knowledgebases and other resources as well as a supplier of Help Desk specific documentation and processes, the Help Desk website houses easily digestible information and troubleshooting for the most commonly encountered issues specific to our role in the organization as 1st-tier IT support.
